'Baby' yogurts UK

Morrisons Savers - 46p for 6 pack.

I do agree they all taste very similar, expensive/own brand etc.

The tesco and asda value packs around 45p are both very low in fat, not great for babies/toddlers, and the Morrisons is same as Little Yeo/Petits Filous:flower:

That's the one I use, morrisons :)

We're using the yeo valley baby ones at the mo - they're currently on offer so work out reasonable enough. Just yogurt and fruit too. Petit filous are so yummy but full of sugar.

I just get plain natural yoghurt and add some fruit puree to it as most of the kids yoghurts have lots of added sugar and I prefer little one not to have too much.

Iv avoided petit filous as they seem to have more added ingredients than the others. Normally get munch bunch or little stars when i can. Didnt consider that fromage rais may not have the health benefits of yoghurt tho, hmm.
Does anyone get why u also get jars of yoghurt or the little tubs than heinz do ( 4 for 1 pound in asda) that dont need to be kept in a fridge? I dont get it

btw i love those heinz tubs of yoghurt or custard great for taking out. I use them after lunch when i give her finger foods then a larger pudding.

After dinner she has a small fromage frais.

I just use a big tub of plain yoghurt because then I can bung it in cooking as well. Sometimes I put fruit and stuff in depending what we've got.

They use little yoghurt pots at nursery, I'm not sure which ones, but apparently LO always devours it. I'm sure they're all okay, but higher fat and lower sugar is always better for babies so whichever one has that would be my choice xx

Just bought Sainsburys organic whole milk ones to try. Worked out cheaper than Rachels and from look of ingredients they're just sweetened by fruit and fruit juice.
Will see if the twinnies like them

We use the Hipp yoghurts a lot. The Ella's Kitchen ones are good too but expensive. It is definitely cheaper to use natural yoghurt and mix purees in.

I get a small pot of organic natural yoghurt in Aldi and put it over fruit or swirl some homemade, whole fruit jam into it. I used to get big pots with the intention of also using it to reduce the spiciness of his portions of curries/chillies whenever we were having them but he adores spicy flavours.

I just get the Total greek yoghurt and add my purees to that, he loves them. I have given him the petit filous but find he prefers the natural type yoghurt.

I just buy whatever ones are on offer really, usually petit filous but after reading this I'm going to have a look at the morrisons savers ones :D xx

I was told at a weaning workshop that petit filous have nearly 2 teaspoons of sugar in one of the little pots!

We use natural yoghurt or greek. He loves it plain.
