Hi ladies,
I want to get a baby carrier (I have the babybjorn but don't think it's that great) and was thinking of either getting a baby sling wrap or a ring sling.

These are the ones I was considering:

Any advice? Anyone have these?

Have you thought about a mei tai? I have one and they are amazing, I hardly know I'm carrying my little boy :)

Ringslings are quick and easy to put on, but I don't find them comfortable enough to wear for long periods, especially for heavier babies. Wraps require a bit of learning but are comfortable and supportive for either babies or toddlers. If I had to choose just one type of carrier, I'd go with a wrap.

I don't have those but i have a 'Close Baby' carrier it's fab and it is so comfortable x

Another vote for the wrap

JMO but I'd get both, you can never have too many slings!

Yes - they work differently and are useful in different situations. So it depends really when you want to use your sling?

A mei tai wrap really is king, but if you're like me I end up using a ring sling more because mostly I'm looking for just a little bit of quick support while I do xyz rather than carrying LO for an extended period. (Having said that, when she was littler, she did stay in the ringsling for much longer and happily slept... but I found the age range for that was limited in a ringsling)
