Baby's gas suddenly stinks?

My LO is 3 months old and EBF. All of a sudden his gas stinks, which it never has before. Is this a signal of something wrong? Is it weird for a BF baby's gas to smell? He also hasn't pooped for 3 or 4 days. He is otherwise eating normally, although spitting up quite a bit too.....Any ideas?

Mine is 2 months, EBF and gas smells... Her poops slowed down too, so she isn't going 3 or 4 times a day but 1 or 2 times every 2 or 3 days.

I asked my doc at the 2 month appointment, she said it has to do with baby's digestive system changes and is normal.
