hi ladies, I am 14 weeks pregnant and today at the doctors office, the doppler picked up a heartbeat of "about 170".. Does that seem high to you for 14 weeks along? What were your LO's heart beats at 14 weeks?

Yesterday at my appointment heartbeat was 168 then baby started moving around and it went up into the 170's. My doctor said it was perfect. With DS his heartbeat was always that high until around 18ish weeks then every appointment it was about 10 bpm slower than the month before. So I won't worry sounds great.

Around 13/14/15 weeks (can't remember which lol) my baby's heartbeat was 177. It has since gone down to the 138-142 range and seems to hover there.

At 13 weeks mine was 168 it has stayed between 150-160 since.

I don't think 14 weeks the HB has really stabilized, the HB at my 12 week appointment was 170 and now his heartbeat is anywhere from 143 to 155 depending.

Mine was 153 at exactly 13 weeks, I think it can vary quite a lot from baby to baby. If your doctor wasn't concerned then I wouldn't worry.

Mine was always right around 170 for a long time. Then when we got into the 20 weeks, it started to decline by a little every appointment.

at the 16 week u/s, mine was in the 160s... then on doppler today I was getting between 160 and 170, so still high!

I hear that a normal heartbeat is anywhere between 120-180 so although it's high, it's not something to worry about :)

For my daughter it's always been 150 and for this little guy it's been anywhere between 140-160.

My baby's hb was in the 170s at least through the 16-wk ultrasound (i think it was 174 then- which also goes against the wives' tale saying <160 is a girl). At the 20-wk scan, it had gone down to 150s/60s.
