Back pain and lack of CM

Hello pretty ladies It's been about 3 years since I had my last pregnancy and miscarriage and I am such a nervous wreck! I am currently super early (4 weeks 6 days) and am having occasional back pain. It almost feels like a sciatica pain but I'm not sure if it is? Has anyone had back pain in early pregnancy?

I also have cramps which I read are normal and like 0 CM. I remember last time I had a ton of CM during early pregnancy..

Has anyone had these things and had a perfectly healthy pregnancy? I have my appointment tomorrow, but I just cant wait that long

I had 0 cm and horrible back pain. Went to my chiropractor(lifesaver!!) and he said its round ligament pain already!!! I started to have this back pain at 4w5d. It lasted for a couple weeks but has subsided...for now

I'm 11 weeks today and I have had zero CM since I found out, never been so dry-still am and I have had backache, cramps, pinching, pulling, you name it. Some days I don't feel pregnant at all as I have no symptoms, other days I have cramps. It's a blooming roller coaster!

If you're not having cm and your back is hurting you might be dehydrated? Are you drinking a lot of water? Anyway, GL Hun!

My CM dried up completely about 8dpo and it has remained dry ever since. I've seen baby on a scan and everything is fine.

I've never had backache in pregnancy so I'm not sure on that one.

Thank you ladies! I actually had an ultrasound today and we saw a little blob! My backache has subsided, thank God! Still not a lot of cm. I've amped up by water intake incase I am in fact dehydrated
