I've pulled a muscle or done something to my lower back (the GP just said it was muscular) and it is absolute agony. I'm off work for a couple of days and am taking paracetamol regularly and putting cold compresses on it, but it's still agony. Is it worth investing in a back support? I've read mixed reviews.

If so, which one?

I wear a maternity support belt due to pain under my bump so not back pain and it is a god send, I have the Carriwell one, you can get it quite a few places but put the link below in so you can see what it looks like. Hope this helps, take care :hugs: XX

Thanks - I'm a 12/14 normally - should I get the medium?

Im a 14 and size 14/16 is quite big, well I think it gives plenty of growing room so I would suggest going for a medium, I really hope it works for you too, take care :hugs: XX
