:nope: My LO has been on C&G comfort milk for almost 2 weeks now. the first week was pretty good she slept through most nights, happy in the day bringing her wind out and just generally more settled. but since sunday she has gone right back to square 1. loads of wind, most of which is trapped and will not budge.cue screaming in pain. poo every other day so straining again. colic seems to be worse in the evenings now and reflux is bad again (can't have gaviscon-made her badly constipated!) and we are back on the old infacol and gripe water:wacko: Just when I thought we were turning a corner and having a happier little princess. she slept through on monday and tuesday night (convieniently when grandma came to stay and she slept in her room so I could have some sleep:happydance: lol) then as soon as my mum left last night she was grunting, gagging, straining all the lovely noises at 2.30am this morning and had to be fed at 5.30am instead of her now usual 7.30am! Doctor advised giving her extra water between feeds to help her bowels as she thinks that by not going to the toilet very much it's making all the other problems worse. she said to try it for 2-3 days to see if it makes a difference. just to add to it all the weather is so horrid here and i think we will be stuck in all day, I usually take her out for a couple of hours in the afternoon just to break the day up for me as she is always good when we are out.

sorry its long-any advice is most welcome. xx:flower:

firstly, how olds your baby? it can take them time to learn how to poo. also, its worth trying her back on the gaviscon while she is on comfort milk, you can add it to the milk, iv spoke to someone from cow and gate and they confirmed that there is NO thickener in there and you CAN add Gaviscon to it. xxx
