Bailey -- Girl or Boy name???

I love the name bailey but i have heard boys and girls named bailey, like mckenzie ive heard used for boy and girl

So would you say bailey is boy or girl name?

It's definately a unisex name and can easily work for a boy or a girl... personally i prefer it for a girl! Love the name!

I say its a girls name, OH says its a boys name!! We had Bailey on our shortlist for my sons name, but decided against it because we couldn't decide if it was a girls or boys name either!!x

I've heard it for both girls and boys.

There is a trainer at my gym (female) named Bailey.

I have heard it as both, but see it as a girls name more. I have seen it spelled Bailee for a girl as well.. maybe more feminine this way.

I usually think of it as a boy's name, but I have a niece called Bayleigh.
It works either way.

i love the name for a girl but spelt Bayleigh. Bayleigh-may is one of the names we have chosen for a girl.
