Today was our edd and we did a balloon release. I felt silly at first but it was wonderful in the end. I loved watching DS even tho he didn't understand. We may do this every yr (even if I just let a couple go for my own sake). Just wanted to share this and say that it really does help. It doesn't take away the pain and sadness (or the tears) but it is nice knowing you did something in honor of you angel
