basic sponge cake....

Hi guys i cant remember the quantities etc for basic sponge cake...want to make the 2 halves and stick some jam in the middle and icing on top yummy....xxx

I have literally just baked a sponge cake lol i use 100g Self Raising flour, 100g of sugar, 100g butter 1tbs baking powder and 3 eggs. and a little bit of milk if it goes stodgy.

Its not a big cake tho so you could double up xxx
