What age was our LO when you went from bathing every other day etc to bathing every day?

and secondly just for curiositys sake:

What age is your LO and what size diapers/nappys are they in?

my LO is coming upto 2 months and is in size 1 diapers

Hey there ..

My son got a bath daily even new born but the second one was with a baby wipe .. at 3 months old he got one each day or shower with me ..

as for diapers he stayed in new born size 1-2 for a while hes a skinny lil man lol now hes 2 and hes in size 5

Daisy doesnt have a bath every day she has one every other day...

And she is 7 months and in size 3 nappies  xxx

I've only just started bathing Olivia daily in the last week or so because I started to notice that she settles better at bedtime. I put olive oil on her after her bath though to stop her skin from drying out.

And shes 17 weeks & in size 2's but their getting a bit tight now!

Jake has a bath everyday as part of his nighttime routine. He usually gets in the bath with me or OH.

He's wearing size 2 nappies at the moment. :)

Daniel has a bath everyday and has done for a while. We make it part of the bedtime routine.
As to nappies - we use cloth, so I can't really comment on size.

my little girl is 24 weeks today and in size 3 nappies but i have sizer 4 i got in the baby event i will use them when my size 3 run out. i buy in bulk in the events or when i see a bargain hehe so i have many nappys hehe.

ive always bathed her every other day and of a morning not at night.
she has exma and alergies and i dont think it would be good for her skin 2 bath her everyday.

Anna is 8 months - in size 4 nappies and has a bath every other day - sometimes after 3 days.:flower:

Bryson was about 3 months old when we started bathing him everyday.

Bryson will be 11 months old on Wednesday and in in size 5 diapers.

Callum is 11 weeks and has been bathed every day from 7 weeks when we introduced it to a bedtime routine.

Hes in size 3 nappies xx

I've bathed Madelyn every night since she was 6 weeks. Too scared to stop doing it every night because she goes to sleep like a dream after her bath.

She is a size 3 nappies still

:flower:

Elliot has been bathed every day since he was about 16 weeks

And he is now 26 weeks and in size 4 nappies (he is 19 pound 9oz, well he was at 24 weeks)

aiden has been bathed nightly since he was 1 week old, as we realised he sleeps better at night if he does.

he is still in size 1 nappies x

Jake (11 days old) is still in the sponge bath stage, since his umbilical cord still hasn't fallen off. He is in size 1 diapers.

Luke (27 months old) gets a bath every other night. He has ecsema and very sensitive skin, so I don't like to bathe him too much. He is in size 4 diapers, and has been since about 6 months old.

I cant bring myself to bathe DD every day (at 11 weeks); sometimes she loves the bath and sometimes she hates it (I think when we get the temperature wrong, so with more practise we could get it right all the time!) but she always gets very upset being dried. Does anyone else have that problem? I'd love to get past it and do a bath before bed every night because even if we do it in the morning she has a fantastic nap after it!

The only thing I can think of is, is the room that you bath her in warm enough? We bath Callum in the living room in his bath tub and we try to close the doors (one to the kitchen and one to the living room) so he doesn't get a chill when coming out of the bath as that the sometimes upset them.

Callum will sometimes get a bit upset anyway when coming out but I think thats cos he loves his baths so much and doesn't want to leave it!

When my LO was 2 months we bathed on the floor of a warm room next to the radiator so that when she came out of the bath she was still warm. I also got her dressed really quickly. As they get older they enjoy their baths more as the water becomes more familiar :hugs:

Have you been swimming with your LO?

Until 3 months we bathed him every other day but we now bath him every day unless we have been swimming, when he gets washed in the shower afterwards. He has just gone into size 4 nappies as he was 17lb 9oz when I got him weighed a couple of weeks ago at 18 weeks, though he could still wear size 3. He is between the 50th and 75th percentile for weight.

Oliver loves being naked before his bath, loves being in the bath but cries everyday without fail as soon as you start to put his nappy on. He doesn't cry when we go swimming though so I had a think about how I did it differently there and what i do at the pool is wrap him in his baby towel straight after the shower then take that away and wrap him in my big fluffy towel when we get back to the changing room. I tried this at bath time earlier and we had no tears so it was either that he was cold after his bath or it was because he didn't like the wet towel being against him.

We've only just started daily baths as he's enjoying them more now. Before that he just got bathed when dirty. We top and tailed him every day.

He's in size 4+ pampers.
