Bbt adjusting

I can't take my temp at the same time everyday so I've been using a bbt adjuster tool. Does anyone else use one? Are they reliable??

I used to use whenmybaby.com but it says on ff that they recommend against adjusting so this cycle I've been putting my actual temp in and it looks a mess lol but as long as there is a clear thermal shift it should be ok. I can't take my temp at the same time as dp wakes me up at different times depending on what shift he is on at work plus I'm up at least once a night for the loo. My chart has loads of open circles on it!!

I use whenmybaby.com too and have never had a problem. On my off days I don't always wake up at the same time. It's really helped me a lot.

I haven't used it at the beginning of the cycle but I should have. Now I know. Will do it properly next cycle. If I need to lol

I didn't. I didn't always take my temp at the same time and I didn't always sleep well before, sometimes I'd only get an hour or so of sleep before I woke up because I have insomnia, so I'm awake a lot during the night. It didn't affect my temps at all and FF had no trouble easily predicting ovulation for me. I got pregnant 2nd cycle. I think unless it's not predicting ovulation for you or everything is just really off, I wouldn't bother adjusting.
