Bbt after chemical preg is wacky, did i o? Yet??

Hi everyone! I am new to forums and I was just curious if anyone else has been through a similar situation....I had a chemical pregnancy at 5 wks that started 12 days ago and only lasted 7 days total. I have always had a 28 day cycle and last month I believe I O'd on day 11 or 12. I had a slow rise but a clear temp shift 2 days after. This month after the early miscarriage my temps started out higher due to me being preg and hv fluctuated quite a bit. We are trying to conceive again and charting bbt is confusing to predict when Or if I have O'd yet. I've had obvious O pain for a couple of days but no clear rise in temps yet. I know my hcg levels are down because the day before I started bleeding my beta was only 19.Anyone else have experience like this at all?

It's really hard right after a CP so I would add OPKs this month too.

Also you are more fertile right after a CP

Thanks so much for your response. I actually did do opk's for the first time this month. The opk's didn't line up with my bbt shift, which was strange. My shift started on cd11 and had positive opk the cd14-15. Guess I will find out soon enough. I am having preg symptoms again the past few days

I think I may have had a CP last month and this month my temps are high. I'm on CD13 (I think I'm Oing today) and they never went below 98. I also haven't noticed my normal O signs (temp drop, spotting, etc.) but I got a +OPK on CD11 and 12.

I had very high and erratic temps after my CP too. It never went down to what it usually is before O. It did drop some though and there was a noticeable bbt rise and has steadily gone up over the past week. What happened last month that made you suspect CP?

I had a faint positive HPT last month that turned negative a few days later.

Right, it definitely looks like you O'd!

Oh, ok. Yeah, def sounds like a CP. Sorry to hear that. Are you trying to conceive right away or are you waiting?

Thanks I'm not sure that's what it was but it seems like it. We've been casually trying for a few months and were specifically not going to try this month (for unrelated reasons) but it turns out I ovulated a little early so I'll probably be watching for early signs again! I'll be curiously watching your chart and wish you the best!!

Well if it's meant to be, it will happen for you this month Thats exciting! I am anxiously waiting to test. I got my first bfp at 10dpo last month with the CP. Since I'm not sure of my exact O date, I'm not sure how many dpo I am right now:-/
