BBT Chart.. need help?

Ok, so I have a question.. I have been charting my BBT and doing OPK for the past couple of months. Last month I used the Answer Brand and had a hard time interpreting the results, so this month I used the Clear Blue Easy Digital OPK, and got a smiley face on 4/12, DTD on 4/12-13, then today my morning temp was up 7 degrees from yesterday morning. Now, could that mean I ovulated later than the test indicated, or maybe I got a dud box of tests? I'm confused! My temp chart didn't look like that last month... Can anyone help me out on this one?

The ovulation tests pick up the surge and then the egg is released up to 12-36 hours later. x

Don't worry... its more important to BD before ov so its there waiting for the egg so if you have DTD around ovulation at some point you are in with a chance. x

Your best chances are usually the day before ovulation, although it can happen the day of. It can realistically happen as far as 5 or 6 days out if you have fertile CM then, although it's less likely. Here's hoping for your bfp!
