I’m on CD 32 and got a bfn this am with fmu. So confused by sporadic temps and definitely wonder about progesterone insufficiency if I did! Any advice is helpful here! Thank you.

Not until 14 or 16 on your chart. I assume that's cycle day at the bottom?
