bbt is this weird??

ok so sept 17 i got my period after aug 8 miscarriage

i forgot to take my temp UGH.

sept 18 it was 96.93

sept 19 it was 97.60

wtf lol

why did it shoot up so high isnt that weird? has this happend to any of you?????

i did it in the morning when i woke up both days....

did you have any alcohol the night before? I've noticed my temp skyrockets if I have a couple glasses of wine the night before. And I've heard during your AF you can get really random temperature spikes but this is my first AF (yay) since the miscarriage or even that I will be temping so I'm not totally sure.

I will sometimes have random temps that are higher. You are looking for a sustained temp shift to confirm O (the month I got pregnant I had two crazy temps before I actually O'd) If you have 3 high temps in a row then you can probably safely say you have O'd.

I use my bbt just to confirm O after my EWCM/+ OPK. It also gives me an idea exactly when to test.
