Started recording my BBT this morning and I'm already confused!
I know I should record my temperature at the same time every day, but what if I naturally wake up before this (e.g. 30 mins before)? Is it better to measure my temperature as soon as I feel myself waking up, or to stick rigidly to a specific time?
This morning, for example, I set my alarm to go off at 7.00 as this is the time I always get up. I woke up at around 6.30, though, and my head was buzzing with thoughts. I kept my eyes closed because i was still a bit sleepy but I wasn't asleep! I waited and waited for the alarm to go off and eventually took my temperature at 6.50 because I couldn't wait any more!
Any advice much appreciated!!
