Hi all.. I'm a bit confused with my chart & wondered if anyone knew what this means?
The last few days of cycle 1, my temps started to go down slowly & then dropped off & I got AF at the lowest temp, yesterday. That was 36.01c. This morning I took my temp & it was 36.27! Which is quite an increase! FF doesn't think it's weird, my circle is still a dot, rather than an outline. I think I had a pretty good night's sleep as well. Took both temps within 10 minutes of each other, so not a massive time difference. I'm so confused! Is this normal?
This is my first AF since stopping the pill, my first cycle was a respectable 30 days exactly! Hoping this one will be 'normal' as well!

x I think its just our bodies being weird nothing to worry about!
Dont know whether to discard some of these just in case they throw FF off later on in the cycle? xx
