BBT temping confusion

Hello ladies,

Is there anyone out there who is an Temping chart expert? I'm very confused by my chart it, I don't think it shows a pattern. I work nights and always take my temp after I have my sleep, (approx 3pm when on nights and 8am when on days off) could this be the reason for the erratic temperatures? I wouldn't think it would make a difference as I've slept for the same amount of time,
Last month FF decided I Oved on CD 25 (three days before AF appeared!)
Any advice?

from my experience, it appears it is indeed from temping at different times. rule of BBT charting is "the same time everyday after a minimum of 3 hours of sleep". Hope this helps!

If you temp at a different time each day, it will not be accurate, even if it's after 3 hours of sleep. Looking at your chart I don't see ovulation, esp without fertile CM. Are you using OPKs or anything? Hope you figure it out soon xx

thank you replys. I think I will just chart the days I have a "normal" sleep and leave off my night shift sleeps. I might begin to see pattern
