Bedtime routine

My boy is 8 weeks and was born 5 weeks 5 days early,just wondering when u started bed time routine? Also doin demand feeding and wondering how u worked around this?

Hi, my little one was 8 weeks early and is now 9 weeks old. I was wondering when I should start a bedtime routine too, so would be quite interested in what others have to say. My first baby was prem too, but I can't quite remember what we did with him!
I think in terms of feeding I'll carry on with demand feeding but once I put her up to bed all feeds from then till morning I'll do upstairs as I currently do in the night to try and teach her night and day are different.

I know some start routine as soon as possible but not sure if he b ready
