Hi Ladies
I have currently been employed with my current employer since September, I have worked out that I will be entitled to SMP just. But I am suffering with SPD and was wanting to be signed off long term as I am not coping with work and looking after my DD.
I am 18 weeks tomorrow, Would I be entitled to SMP if I was on the sick? I would have been employed 26 weeks 16 weeks before the baby is due (I've sat and counted on the calender! ) I really just can't carry on x
