Best time to test with opk

What is the best time of day test with opk and how many times per day should i test?

Most OPKs will indicate on the instructions when to use them. For me, the ICs recommended afternoon and the Clear Blue Fertility Monitor wanted FMU. I usually did the CBFM stick and an IC with FMU, and then another IC around 2pm. I liked having one to confirm the other and feel confident I wasn't missing anything. If I was only doing ICs, I would do them twice a day still.
