My DH bought another elf from Card Factory yesterday. I had no idea how to introduce it so for today I've left Timmy where he is on the Shelf and just sat this new elf with him. I can't wait to see the kids' faces and the questions they'll ask . Now I've got to come up with ideas for both elves
