Bfeeding query - empty boobs in the evening and hungry baby!

Hi anyone else having this where baby is really hungry (think having 6 week growth spurt) in the evening and your breasts seem like they have nothing in them and baby pulls off and cries as if still hungry! In the morning they are really full but I am not sure if when they feel emptier in the evening they do actually have quite alot in and he is just being fussy. I know my supply will go up tomorrow but I am dreading tonight as this could go on all night!

Even though they seem empty, they are still making milk, so he is getting fed... Once your milk supply catches onto the feeding patterns and amount he is taking in, they will start making milk faster.

Sounds like a growth spurt hun. Hang in there, it'll be over within a week (probably)

My LO is 7 weeks now and I feel the same!!! Plus he's on my breast most of the day like he's 1 week old only. I've not thought about it yet, but looks like it's his grow spurt...

i asked my hv about this and she said as you get more tired in the evening milk production slows down she advised me not to pump after lunch not sure if it helps
