I have pcos and rarely ovulate on my own, so last August we started Letrozole and being monitored at the fertility clinic. hope this helps!

Just an update because I know a lot of ladies were following this thread. I went for an ultrasound yesterday at 8+1 and there was only a small gestational sac and yolk sac which indicated growth stopped in the 5th week. I am currently in the waiting room waiting for my D&C.
