BFP and Covid positive

So I got a happy suprise BFP yesterday , and today I've tested positive for covid
I'm a nursing auxiliary in a nursing home and we've been having a covid outbreak for a few weeks. I have regular tests , but today's has come back positive
I have spoken to my doctor who has reassured me , but I'm still a bit anxious
