Big tasty sauce

Got a massive craving for the sauce that comes in the mcdonalds big tastys it's sooo good! Don't supose anyone knows how to make it, i've looked it up and people have put that it's mainly mayo and ketchup but what gives that smokey taste? Thanks.

This is whats in the sauce but no idea how to make it lol.

Vegetable oil, water, sour cream (contains milk), egg yolk, sugar, flavourings and flavouring preparations (contains dried glucose syrup from wheat, lactose, whey powder, molten butter, sodium caseinate and modified coconut oil), modified maize starch, salt, spirit vinegar, onion powder, yeast extracts (contains sunflower oil), dried autolysed yeast, garlic powder, black pepper, stabilisers (E415, E412), maltodextrin (wheat), lactic acid, paprika, preservative (E202) and spice extract.
