Birth Plan

Being a FTM I have never had to write a birth plan before. Can someone have a read through and let me know what you think and if I have forgotten anything important ?

N.B. Under monitoring it is supposed to say external not extended.

Looks good, the only thing I might add though it may be a difference in countries is usually there's a place for "if my baby is unwell" as well as if you have to have an emergency cesarean that you'd like your spouse to remain with you if possible...

I think it sounds really good the only tip I was given with mine which I found super helpful was to sound a bit more assertive. So instead of saying "I would like" say "I plan to" or "I don't want"
