Hi everyone - I'm just wondering if anyone else gets their housing benefit from Rotherham council and if there was a problem with payments this week?
I have an online account with them and when I didn't recieve the payment yesterday I logged on to check all was well and I saw that although everything is showing active, next payment due 3/11 the payment was never actually sent... I can view all my past payments on the account page and the last one was sent october 15th... payments are sent every other wednesday without fail and I recieve it on the saturday even though the official payment date is the Monday... but now I'm thinking its not even going to go in tomorrow because it was not actually sent iykwim? Wondering if theres anyone else out there who didn't recieve it as I'm a bit of a worrier and not recieving this payment is gonna make things really tight for us
