I had a bit of weakness directly after the birth, which I thought was getting better, but now have a cough & am having little 'accidents' all the time - nothing major but annoying all the same - anyone else experienced this & any tips apart from the pelvic floors?

Im exactly the same, and I know might sound a cop out but I just dont find the time to do or remember my pelvic floor exercises!

Theres a little device in boots I saw and the doc recommended it to me, supposed to make your muscles stronger down there, think I might invest in one, leaking at 21 is a scary thought!

hmmm, my bladder also seems to be weaker since birth :baby:

didn't do loads of excercises, though! I think, I have to keep up with them :hi:

I think its normal iniatially until your body has had a bit more time to return to its pre-pregnancy state....Its not been long really since giving birth, I think it will correct itself in time as things are still returning to normal. Obviously pelvic floor exercises will help too.

-If its still happening after say 12 weeks, it may be worth mentioning to your GP.

Thanks for the replies girls - I was starting to think no-one was going to answer:rofl:
I don't know if I want to imagine what kind of device there is on the market to exercise 'down there', but it is good to know someone has thought of it:rofl:
Embo - I too forget to exercise all the time even though it is so quick & easy to do - & believe me - leaking at 30 is just as scary a thought!:hissy:

I saw it @ boots, they have two different products there:
