Bleeding after TV ultrasound?

I had a scan this morning due to having HG, I was measuring correctly for dates and saw a lovely heartbeat but have started bleeding now The sonographer was quite rough, I've had internal ultrasounds before and they were fine but this hurt

Anyone had this happen? Xx

If it's spotting then it's probably just from your cervix. If you're having actual bleeding and cramping then I'd call your doc.
