Blighted Ovum is there any hope.

I know exactly what you are going through i got pregnant in Dec and was diagnosed as possible BO at 6 wks waited till 10 wks to get a d&c. I even got a second opinion my gestational sac was actually measuring 12 but there is no possible way I was. My hcg was in the hundred thousands the middle of Jan and had a d&c the beginning of feb. After I had 2 more miscarriages but now I am pregnant again almost six week and could have naturally convieved triplets (according to the ultrasound at the er at 5 wks) so anything is possible. But you actually did have a baby form however it was not big enough to be seen on an ultrasound so don't have that empty feeling. Cause I believe they can actually tell you the sex if you want them to if you opt for a d&c (but i might be wrong). But since you have a tilted uterus I would say your odds are a little bit greater in finding the baby later then most with normal ones. Goggle misdiagnosed miscarriage it is very helpful. I how you get to see and hear your baby at your next ultrasound i will be praying.

Sorry to hear that. Back in february I had one I was 7 weeks and 3 days when it ended
But I got pregnant in early July this year and am now almost to my second trimester. Don't give up hope you will get pregnant again!

My last pregnancy i went and got an early u/s at 6+2 and the lady only found the sac .. no heartbeat nothing so they thought it was most likely a blighted ovum ... went back at 7 weeks and there he was with a perfect heartbeat and exactly 7 weeks so dates weren't wrong either. It's funny because the sonographer said we checked the results from last u/s and the lady did everything right .. its like he appeared out of nowhere

So I called my dr office today to make a appointment for thursday, as what my ob told me over the weekend to call the office and make a appointment for thursday and she will do another u/s. The desk gal told me i have a appointment already in two weeks, why do i need another appointment. So very nicely I told her that there is some problem and dr want me to see her again this week GOD this woman said what is the problem ? So the last thing I told her there if you have any question plz talk to the dr and I will call the dr on her cell phone and make a appointment. Finally she said oh oh sure what time would you like.

I actually had a m/c back in July, I was 7.3 weeks but my baby stopped developing at 4.5 weeks so it was just the sac and yolk. My levels kept increasing cause the sac and everything was still in there. When I started to miscarry, the doctor told me that even if my levels kept rising I was still going to lose my baby cause the sac was irregular and that until everything is out my levels will still rise. I really hope that they can find something next time and that you're misdiagnosed. A m/c is so hard to go through, good luck!

Thank you! yeph thats what I hoping the it was misdiagnosed, I have no syptoms like cramps, or pain just some nausea. I had a MC last year in April2010 don't know the cause it was early and I believe 5 wks and my HCG drop. So this is my 3rd pregnacy. I have a daughter she is 4yrs never had a problem she was my first pregnancy did'nt even have one problem. But now second time and third time all i am having is problems with the 3rd pregnancy it even took me over a year to get pregnant and now I have to go thorugh this Blighted ovum. I hope things get better soon.

I have no cramps, but i do have nausea, headache and sore boobs My only prayer to god is Dear god plz I wanna see my baby on thursday with a heart beat and everything normal.
