Bloating/fullness come and go 10w

I've had some bleeding and spotting at 5w1d and 8w5d. Never explained. I felt bloated at 4/5 weeks but it lessened for a while and now it's really uncomfortable. Due to previous bleeding I spent most of the day in bed resting. I've had more BMs than usual the past week.

Is it normal for bloating feeling to come and go?

I'm definitely showing. (Most I know is bowels but it's getting harder to hide, and I had to switch to maternity pants this week.
