blood 7 TMI ( you have been warned!)

I have been using the softcups for 5 cycles
I noticed this month that when I was removing it (cd 14) that there was a tiny spot/blob/of blood on the cup.
Cd 22 if i inserted a finget I could see 1 or two tiny blobs/lumps of blood
CD 23 & 24 (today) there is no blood.
I'm pretty sure AF is on the way

I just wondered if anyone else found blood in the middle of the cycle

in the middle of cycle blood could be from ovulation.
