blood thinners day before c sec, normal?

Anyone else had tehse blood thinners to stop clots the day before c section? Im so funny about any jabs or drugs going in to me! haha I know something I need to get over being pregnant!

different situation but i had to have them when i was admitted to hospital last month as was stuck in bed. they were injected into my thigh, i was worried but was assured they were safe in pregnancy and baby is fine

def normal I had blood thinners b4 my eldsest was born but before they could do the csect she started to come on her own and got stuck in the birth canal

I had them the other week while I was in hospital too. Normal to stop your blood from clotting and apparently you are more likely to have clots during pregnancy too.

I was given the option of into belly or thigh, belly was less painful.
