Bloody ear?

I've just picked my LO up (she's been asleep since 10 last night) and noticed she has a tiny pool of dried blood in her ear..
I figured she's probably scratched herself or something but after wiping it (it's definitely blood) there is no mark or anything? At least not that I can see.

Her face is covered in scratches though (damn those razor sharp baby nails) so I assume she's been clawing away at herself.
Should I just leave her and see if any more appears? Or would you be worried?
She seems quite happy in herself..

I'm not sure hon. I'd probably just keep an eye on her too to be honest, sounds like just scratches from her face. Why do they do that to themselves?!
