So because my doctors receptionist refused to book me in until nearly 11 weeks my midwife (who said she books in at 8weeks) told me to call the hospital to get confirmation of my scan date to ensure I'm booked in with plenty of time for the NT scan.
ANYWAY ive done this only to be told, quite rudely, by the hospital receptionist to wait for a letter and then she put the phone down.
Ggrrrr. I'm sure things would be much easier if the first point of contact with these places wasn't with some nutty woman who thinks she knows better than the medical staff.
