BLW - what did your LO eat today?

I've noticed Jill chewing in the last few days! :thumbup:

We're back from our trip and back to routine, thank goodness!

Today:

B - toast, applesauce
L - leftover chicken parmesan, orange (man, does she ever love oranges!)
D - roasted red peppers stuffed with Hungarian rice sausage, roasted potatoes, carrots, and parsnip, strawberry
 
B - weetabix with fruit pot mixed & banana
L - Carrot, parsnip & apple soup with bread. A few animal biscuits for after
D - Cheesy beans on toast, plum, grapes, animal biscuits topped with fruit pot
 
B - oatmeal fingers, pear
L - yogurt, leftover roasted veggies from yesterday, apple
D - pulled pork (LOVED!), multigrain bun, cucumber, red pepper, tomato
 
B - toast with strawberry jam, grapes
L - cream cheese sandwich, half tomato, orange segments
T - chicken, broccoli, carrots and green beans
 
B - toast, banana
L - leftover pulled pork, multigrain bread, red pepper, orange
D - potato, asparagus, DH and I had spicy italian sausage which is too hot for her (tried before with disasterous results!) so she had a piece of cheddar cheese, leftover rice sausage from the stuffed peppers and a piece of our sausage bun instead, strawberry. She ate SO much tonight! Really seeing an improvement in her chewing and pincer grip, too!
 
B - weetabix
L - Toasted teacake, pear, yogurt,
D - Smoked haddock and mozzerella fishcakes, waffles and roasted parsnips. Bowl of chopped banana, grapes, blueberries, raspberries & Strawberries.
 
B - french toast, banana
L - we were out at a friend's house, and she had bbq hamburger, some bun, tomato, cucumber, yellow pepper
D - didn't get home in time to cook, so she had a mishmash of leftovers from the past few days: stuffed peppers, asparagus, potatoes, lettuce, bread
 
Hey there.. Just noticed this thread.. we are LOVING BLW..and this is great for ideas.

Today:
B: pear, toast w/egg yolk spread
L: nothing as LO is teething BAD and just wanted to BF. Had a bit of a temp too. :cry:

As he seems much happier after some medicine and a good long nap.. we having having fish and spinach tonight.. Lo LOVE spinach.

With BLW.. is it ok to start on yogurt now?

Other than: honey, milk and nuts.. is there anything else we need to avoid? What about milk in cooking, like oats etc? :flower:
 
Milk in cooking and foods is fine :) It just shouldn't replace BM :) Yogurt is fine as well, but try to go for full fat organic, if you can. We get ones with fruit mixed in, but you can just as easily add fresh :)
 
Yesterday:

B - toast with egg yolk, banana
L - grilled cheese sandwich quarter on oat bread (ate almost the whole piece!!), pear
D - bbq salmon, broccoli, carrot, red pepper, corn muffin half (LOOOOOVED corn muffin!)

Today:

B - cheese and herb bagel, toasted and buttered, strawberry
L - will be leftover veggies and corn muffin from yesterday's dinner, and a piece of Daddy's pork chop
D - will be bbq steak, potatoes, salad
 
B - Plum organic porridge
L - Picnic in the park :) that consisted of hard boiled egg, cheese chunks, rice cakes, breadsticks, wheat and white wrap, blueberries, strawberries and a few Goodies carrot stix
D - Tomato, carrot and sweetcorn pasta bake. Innocent fruit squeezy for dessert with a few blueberries.
 
yesterday -

Missed brekkie due to swimming lesson
L - scrambled egg and toast, blueberries, orange segments
T - chilli beef, sweet potato wedges, piece of fresh mango

today:-
B - blueberry and pear brekkie pouch
L - will be fruit salad and a custard pot
T - chinese pork chop, roasted tomato, cous cous
 
Yesterday:

B: banana, yoghurt, toast w/butter
L: white fish, turnip/swede w/ butter and cinnamon.. YUMMY LO LOVED the turnip - not so keen on the fish though :haha:
S: veggie pasta w/ butter and cheese
 
B - Cornflakes. Loved the feel of it and played with it more than anything
L - Fruit pancakes & watermelon
D - Will be roasted veggies and fish stars followed by rice pudding

Snacked on teacakes and a choccie button
 
Yesterday....

B - Banana, orange segments, blueberries
L - Egg sandwich, a few Plum Organic crisps, banana, mango, more blueberries
D - Roast chicken with all the trimmings. Desert was an Innocent Fruit Squeezy

Today....

B - Plum Organic Porridge
L - Another picnic which was oatcakes and Philadelphia, pumpkin and carrot rice cakes and an Innocent Fruit Squeezy
D - Sausage and Cannellini Bean One Pot with Mediteranean Bloomer. Raspberries, blueberries and apricots for desert with a spoonful of yoghurt stolen from her big brother :haha:
 
Breakfast was toast with butter and a piece of mango
Lunch was some leftover strips of turkey with toasted pitta. Couple of apple rice cakes after.
Dinner was spag bol but with fusili for the boys....very messy! :)xx

L - beef & onion barm, some toast, some organix crisps
D - sausages, potato croquettes, boiled carrots, green beans & yogurt
 
B - drop scones with yogurt and half a banana
L - rice cake with cheese triangle, peppers, cucumber, breadstick and pear
D - white fish, prawns, courgettes and peppers and last bit of yogurt
 
Wow i havn't posted in here for soooo long.

B ~ Munch Bunch yoghurt( Refused) Banana (Refused) Breadstick (2 little bits)
L ~ Avocado Fingers - Ate a little but but refused the rest..
T ~ Will be Turkey Jetters and maybe rice with veggies..

Soya milk - Gobbled Breast milk - Gobbled

Think his teeth are hurting him :/
 
B: oats and 1/2 a banana
L: curried egg salad on toast fingers
D: lentil spinach curry with rice

LO LOVED everything, but was just so happy eating the lentil curry for dinner.. his little feet were dancing and he kept making a noise that sounds like..yummmmmm :haha:
