i wish i could remind myself whilst I gorge... but my bloody chomping takes over, and Im not even thinking of what im putting in my mouth!!
Going to the gym i am finding very difficult... I would go straight from work but beings me and Oh share a car he comes to pick me up, so it would be a case of going home to go back out, and that is not appealing in the slightest... :hissy:

omg i totally agree, i gave up smoking easier than this, i mean you can stop smoking all together, you cant altogether stop eating, although i really wish i could somedays. xx
 
big :hugs: sweetie, kerry darling your doing great, seriously, i have so much weight to lose and feel when i see your pictures you give me such a boast! why not try an exercise dvd? i love mine! and its great too do with maddi watching - she laughs! i'm gonna post some pics of me after getting ready on sat night so u can see how much weight i need to lose! x

i feel just the same! i too gave up smoking - that was bloody easy for me compared to giving up eating! its so hard x

yep i agree with this too..... i found I can go all day not eating... like I said about the party, its when I have something and I can have more and more!! :hugs:

yeh i have the dvd ... I just dont have the energy to put it on... I just wanna mong.. or moan about how chunky I am!!

Ok... I need a structured excercise plan.. and stick to it xx
 
a structured plan sounds good honey - i find taking maddi to swimming lessons every week is really good! x

Im an all or nothing type of gal....

... I either do a 45 spinning class so Im all red faced and feel like I want to sleep for ever or I do nothing! Im not a keen swimmer.. :(

but I really want to do the race 4 life, so i keep saying to myself ok go to the gym, and walk 5k on the tredmill and keep trying to beat my time.. this is when I wish I didnt work so much.. cos Im just beat by the time I finish and all i wanna do is go home and be with courtney and OH!!

We also have car issues (like I explained before) so its not a case of being able to go whenever even with the creche facilities....!!

But when I do a 12-8 shift , or when OH is working and isnt home till 2... I WILL DO MY DVD!!
 
rightyo ladies im braving the face shot, ive looked and have no body shots at all :rofl: the first pic was taken around this time last year when i weighed around 10st 12 ish and the second was taken around october when i weighed around 11st 7 :cry: although my hair is more the length of the first at the mo if a lil longer... but only for another 7lb :happydance::happydance: xx

thanks although i really dont feel great, i may try and find a before pic and then brve a now picci tomoz :rofl: i tend to shy from the camera but when ive lost a bit of weight i wish i had a pic to look back at :dohh::dohh:
 
i shy away too... but i found getting in as many photos as poss has spurred me on more...!! Dredded facebook and being tagged, I look at them and im like URGH!! so thats what I do these days :rofl:

Linzi you really dont look bad at all... :) you can do 7lbs for your new hair cut :hugs:
 
i too hate having my pic taken, but have been trying to take some so i no where im heading! that sodding camera never lies :rofl: i find a bit of pampering etc helps spur me on, i've had my hair done today, and having a pedi on saturday, it all makes me feel better about myself, and concentrate on my weight loss! x
 
:hugs: Kerry, your current pic is such a huge difference :yipee: anyone can have a bad day or day off just put it to one side and move on :) You are doing so well :hugs:

I'm having a strange day, haven't the same hunger, ate only 1000 cals today, if that :dohh: maybe I'm getting sick?

done 4.5 miles on the treadmill & 15 mins pilates that focus on tummy & legs :yipee:

I can't stress enough how much the exercising has spurred me on, theres something about seeing the amount of cals burned and you realise how fecking hard you have to work to even get 300 calories burned off :dohh:

The treadmill is fantastic & I'd recommend anyone to get one, think someone mentioned you can even hire them on a monthly basis :shrug: but walking outside is free too :) but finding the time/inclination to go out in all weathers was my problem :(

I think we all need to find our way, but the support of you girls is a real bonus :hugs:

:wohoo: go mamafy go! i too find exercise really rewarding. i've had a good day, only 22points (ww) so all going really well this end, and soooooooo hoping for a good loss this friday! i really do recommend weight watchers, i do it on line and its so good! you can eat so much on it, its more like a change in lifestyle than diet, so it seems sustainable x
 
what exercise dvd are you doing hun? hope the friday weigh-in goes well :hugs:
 
thanks honey :hugs: i'm doing the little black dress one by zoe lucker - i love it cos its quite dancey and i adore the boxing! and going swimming with maddi helps loads x
 
I have 2 :shy: charlie brooks one & ministry of sound one.....haven't ever done the MOS one as it came the day I got the treadmill :dohh:

I've started just today doing the pilates bit from the charlie brooks one, its really good :)

I love ones with good music, the charlie brooks one has crap music, good dvd but crap music!
 
i no what you mean about crap music! i find once i no it well enough, i just mute the dvd and stick a good cd on in the background :blush: i was thinking about trying a MOS next time! looks good fun :)
