Sorry neva updated last week i was disappointed :blush: i hadnt lost any but then again i hadnt gained any but weigh in today and im down another 1.5lbs :wohoo: So lost 57.5 so far :wohoo:!!!!!!! XxxX

Kerry- That's not bad, i eat the same kinda stuff when i do WW, is quite surprising that subway isn't actually too bad for you :)

yeah subways r quite low in calories etc but have a high salt intake :dohh: but its ok :)

CD is cambridge diet... its just shakes which then goes on to meal replacement bars and things!

maaan all u guys with 40 50 odd lbs lo9st already....ohwa i hope ive lost sum this week....im due on tuesday i swear to god i am lol i duno if its this week or next week but i was on my very first week and this tues is 4 weeks soo im pretty sure i am humpfhh...no doubt that will add more lbs!! xx
 
hiya girls :)

crap day food wise for me :dohh: well over my calories but it was my daughters birthday :) so loads of party food!

But sneakily done a mid-week weigh-in and it says I've lost 2lbs already :yipee: though don't add that kerry, hope I haven't blown any loss over a bad day :(

Done my 4.5 mile though and 15 minutes pilates so its not been all bad.

I'm actually afraid to count the calories, probably about 1800 or more :shock: but still I used to eat a hell of alot more than that every day :lol:

How is everyone else doing?
 
Hmm my OH and I went to a Chinese buffet today and I got two plates of very small servings. Ate maybe half of each plate. If even that. I had barely eaten anything when I got full. I was proud of myself. We went out later to do some more shopping and my OH decided to stop and get food at Sonic. And I got something!!!:cry::cry::cry::cry:and ate it!!!:cry::cry::cry::cry:

I think I'm still ok for the day. Maybe a little over. I'm trying not to cut my calories too low because we are TTC and I have read several places that weight loss that is too rapid or too little calorie intake can disrupt cycles.

Just feel horrible for eating too much.
 
whats sonic hun sorry if i being thick lol? dont be to hard on yaself babes ...going a little over isnt going to affect a whole week xx
 
I agree, just one day won't ruin the whole week! :hugs:

Also, mamafy 1800 cals isn't really that much. It still less than recommended daily intake and you did loads of exercise!

I've been pretty good today. Had some pineapple and an omlette with ham and onions and no cheese :hissy: xx

Lol you aren't being thick! Most people in the US don't know what Sonic is. It is only in like five states Can't believe I forgot to explain what it is :rofl:. well done to all you ladies for sticking with it. I just want to give you all a little bit of encouragement, just think of all the lbs you have all lost before I even got myself into gear to lose weight!!!!!!!!
I just feel like everything was against me, crappy snowy weather, colicky baby,

Had an ok day yesterday: 2 boiled eggs (nothing else) for breakfast (read somewhere that 2 egg breakfast encourages weight loss), 2 wheatabix and a homemade healthy samosa, 1 apple, small portion of homemade curry and a small pear. Seems quite a lot when written down but it was all good stuff. I am worried about starving myself as this has lead to binging in the past, just get so hungry! Keep up the good work.

everyone keeps saying to me how I only had a baby 8 months ago and ive already lost so much, I suppose I should just accept that and keep going... but its hard when your not at your goal weight... :(

yesterday wast brilliant in the end but im sure less than 2000 calories so Im not to fussed... i need to get back into being strict and counting it... but maybe id lose me if I stop being so obsessed with it :shrug: I think i might...

for instance this bowl of cereal I have... Ill measure it as X amount of calories and feel like i should eat it all, but I really dont want it all...!!
 
Right ive decided on top of going the gym 3 times a week im going to go out joggin with the pram in the mornings. Then when daddy comes home instead of the normal taking dogs for a walk ill take them joggin up the canal :) These last pounds are so hard to shift. But im super happy this morning as i tried on me size 10 jeans and they did up and dont look tight :wohoo: but by summer i wanna be back down to me size 8's :D so gotta lot to do, but im happy as after i gave birth i was wearing a size 16 :( so down 3 dress sizes :D XxxX
 
wud u like to borrow a few of my dress sizes to get rid of ema lol seems like u can shift them easy man...well done u tho xxx

im so dredding tonight man!! 3 corse meal at chicargo rock and alcohol....im trying my hardest only to have 5 points up till half 7 lmao so i can have an ok ish dinner i jus duno wat ima have as i duno wat the menu is guna be like and it hardly going to advertise the nutrition info lmao xx
 
Good luck tonight. Im going to have a really bad weekend got lots of family coming down from scotland. So tomorrow were all going into town :S so lots of alcohal :wohoo: :rofl: then sunday were have a big bbq and party so loads of food and more alcohal and there here till wednesday so no doubt by this weeks weigh in ill have gained 10lbs back :rofl: XxX

my friend did special k diet and she still follows that plan and shes tiny now... basically cereal for breakfast then for lunch and a decent sized meal.... not good if you cant stop snacking..!!

Im out tonight... bring on the boooze :drink: but havent really ate much to do at all, been stressing and worried about fitting everything in today... its fine though... doc says i just need to calm down and take a few seconds out once in a while!!

Well happy friday :yipee: must start getting ready :rofl: i have a headache though :(
 
well i went to sainsburys this afternoon and bought 2 different types of cereal simarlar to special k, so going to give it a go, one at 10am, 1 at 2pm and then a medium size tea, takes the edge off thinkin "whats for dinner today" that really does my head in :rofl::rofl:

o yh and mines a double voddy and lemonade (better make it diet) :rofl::rofl:
