hun your body wont get used to it... the key is not consuming more calories than your body needs and the 26 points is enough to keep your body afloat...

1 slice of toast for breakkie
2 fingers of shortbread
and a 6 inch subway turkey and ham melt..
bout to have a little bit of french stick with some ham.... then some breadsticks..!!
