I'm just starting out "trying" to lose the weight.. you girls are all doing so, so well, so I'm wondering what really works. I've tried doing my research online but I find a site either pushes a philosophy on you or rips it apart, so I'm just curious to see what everyone's "methods" are.. ie: Weight Watchers, just calorie counting, do you swear by hour long walks daily, etc. I'm open minded to everything so if you've got the time.. maybe the positives and at least one negative if you can think of one?

For me it's just calorie counting. Although sometimes i'm too strict which is worse because my body holds fat. I have no more than 1000cals a day.
I was naughty and weighed myself again this morning (i swear that's it till sat!) but i now weigh less than 11 stone for the first time in about 2 years. I tried on a bunch of my old size 12 clothes and i can get the majority of them on
I wanna do the loser of the week thing too xx
