well i had a poopy day but back on it tomo....and i will get my 1lb at least!! lol xx
 
Im not on weight watchers or any diet or excercise plan but iv lost 33lb since I gev birth 11 weeks ago x

I finally took the plunge and weighed myself since having Charlotte and OMFG, I have put on 4 STONE?!?!?!?! :cry: How did that happen?!?!?!? :cry:

I have always been 12-14 on the bottom and im now a size 20, I want to join either ww or sw but I have never done them before and dont know whats best also I would need to do it online as OH works shifts.

I need to loose as much weight as possible by Nov or my job is on the line ......any advice is much appreciated!

hey hun corse u can join....im on weightwatchers and tobe honest its really easy u can have anything u want as long as its within ur points ie if ur allowed say 25 points a day and then u have a lst of wat food are what points for example

ww bread 0.5 points
crisps 2 points
rice 62.5g boil in bag 3 points

lol u get the jist....its also cool cus in tescos everything that s light choices hasww point values on the back so thats quite easy to follow

as for slimming world i really wouldnt no where to start ur best of asking LEEDSFOREVER

i feel so horrible today man i really think thechinease was dodgey man i was sick through the night and ive had gut ache all night n morning its horrible proper doubled over with it....so will teach me for cheating wont it!! lol x

Thanks girls!

I weighed myself this morning so ill stick with Thurs and im aiming to loose 5stone altogether.

Im in the RAF and if I cant pass my fitness test in Nov I get another 2 chances then I get kicked out! On the upside with being in the RAF I have an excellent gym accross the road for free :happydance: its just getting the nerve to go back again.

I think I might start with sw they have a free weeks menu to try before you sign up so ill see how that goes. Im gonna go through the cupboards and throw all the junk food out then im off to buy a wii fit and get cracking. Im even gonna start a journal lol. x

well iv been really good since tue my weight is coming off again after my stupid blip...i sent kerry a sneaky peak at my weight loss today...i need to loose 3.5lb by sun to hit my 4stone mark for the christening....ill do it i have to!!

i just went and bought some new trousers from asda, picked up a 24 out of habbit but i came home with a 20!! i was v v pleased....

think im going to have chicken for dinner.....

well babezone, when im on the slimming world diet i tend to loose 1-2 lb a week...i EAT LOADS!! but the prob is when i start eating naughty things i cant stop...

so..im all or nothing, im back on my tablets again, its really naughty and bad for me as im on them then off them on them then off them etc so my body hasnt a clue really but i drop a lot of weight quickly...

i started tue morn had a bowl of coco pops, wasnt hungry all day so didnt have anything else, wed morn i had some choc shreddies but they were rank so left them, like wise with mon i wasnt hungry so didnt eat anything, today i had some cornflakes and a chicken sandwich for dinner...i wasnt hungry but i have to make myself eat as if i dont as soon as i do have anything the weight would go back on...ill have some cereal for breakfast tomorrow prob nothin else and poached eggs sat morn but nothin else ready for a MAJOR BLOW OUT sunday lol i should have lost another 3.5lb by sat...i have actually lost 6lb since tue, you average between 5 and 10lb a week when you do the tablets but if your like me always have something going on so d really well in the week, then the weekend im naughty its so mind over matter!! so i put on about 3lb... after the christening i will do the tablets for another 1-2 weeks..then go to half a day and eat 2 meals to do it sensibly, the reason ill have half a tablet is i dont crave choc, sugar, cakes, biscuits etc..none of them so i will do far better on them..

i have 1 stone 5to go to my first target then ill prob set myself another 2 stone..if ...i mean WHEN i get there that will mean i have lost 9 stone

see part of me really wants to go on sum sort of tablets as i believe it may help me loose it wuicker....but then part of me doesnt as i dont want to kinda not each much then as soon as i get off them n start eating again i will pile it all back on....also i worry about loosing it to fast will make my skin sag ....really tbh i just wana no if its worth it...i no 1lb a week maybe ok in the long run but maaaan its soooooo slow lol....soo yer is it worth it do u think? xx
 
i would have to say yes...ive done it before and lost 3 stone in 6 weeks (just over)

i then got pregnant so obv i put it on...i know they will work but you do have to be careful, its just starting eating again slowly and carefully...you have to re train your mind with naughty things and change your life!

i know if i lost a pound a week then in a year id have lost nearly 4 stone which is fab but its also depressing when it comes off so slowly you want to see results quickly and it motivates you,...i really think the tablets have made a massive difference to my mind set which has helped

What sort of tablets are we talking here off the self or prescription? x
 
so when u say u had to go private ....do u have like health insurance and u went through that or did u just find a private doctors some where i just want to no how to try and get them clearly my own doctor isnt going to lol xx
