Need a massive kick start though and i have lost 2lb in 2 days but I think most of that was water retention!

Don't intend on staying on them throughout my diet but just need to get it started well .

i weighed in this morning and had lost another 3lb so as the ticker says now 14lb lost

no, no diet just stopping binge eating, cutting down portion sizes, not eating certain things and stopping eating when im full.. and ive been exercising

I've lost my way abit over the last few weeks, had alot going on etc and used it all as an excuse to over-eat :dohh: think I've put on 6-7lbs :hissy: why do I keep doing this :cry: will weigh-in on monday morning and use that as my start :(

but I know I'll loss a good few lbs in the 1st week so 2 weeks I should be back to what I was or lower :)

I promise myself I'll get back on the treadmill too, giant bars of chocolate aren't all that anyway :shy: :lol: Oh god I've been so bad :shy: giant bars of galaxy with hazelnuts and pringles :dohh:

But back to healthiness and fitness :yipee:

Hoping all you ladies are good :D, babezone you're doing so well now :) and Kerry come on join me Monday for the big push; think how good we feel when we've ate good and exercised :happydance:

i weighed myself this morn, Im due on and tues, and Im 5lbs up from my last sw meet...
Im fed up, embaressed and just totally unmotivated :(:(

sorry here I go again all negative :(
 
its bloody crap... Im not going on tuesday again, its just to disheartening!!
Im gonna get some more of those slimming pills i was on... just for another 7-14lbs... im fed up with it all!!
