r i would love to go on his course.... i recommend the book defo... especially if your looking for something different!! i think with me cos I know it already (like anything you get bored with it).... but when I just started out I was so into it and it worked :)
 
I have been using the lateral thigh trainer every night since tuesday but only for ten minutes we will soon see if it has worked its wonders lol x
 
its a new day and I dont even feel motivated to get rid of this bulge... I just feel urgh :grr:

I have lost 10 lbs since this time last month!! Hoping to lose another 15 or 20 by August this year!!
 
i had two lamb burgers, 10 yes 10 onion rings and a piece of cake for pudding (home made huge sponge with rasberry jam, LOADS of butter cream and icing!!)

roll on tomorrow ay..lets hope i get the motivation i so dont want to put back on what ive lost it will mean all our hard work was for nothing!!

omg how nice does that cake sound. whyyy does food have to taste soo nice....i think if i was to have a perminent cold then id be ok cus i wudnt fancy anything lol. all i want atm is pizza hut a really thick base and cheesy stuffed crust so thin base just wont cut it lol....x
 
i went out last night.. needless to say i cant even calculate the amount of calories i drank plus i had a subway at 1am too :blush:
 
not done bad today. am still wanting my double decker i have enough points for it but im to scared to have it so close to weigh day oh but i wan it soo bad lol xx
