I've decided i'm going to take the plunge and join this thread!
I have been to Woolies and bought a pedometer and I aim to walk approx 10,000 steps per day. I'm not good at exercising so i'll stick with walking for now.
I currently weigh 10st 10lb and have a BMI of 23.
I would like to shift another 8lbs that I just cannot seem to budge.
I get really hungry and find it hard to find foods that will fill me up for longer. Any advice on what I could eat to do this that is still healthy? I am really bad a snacking and am looking for some healthy snack options too. I have become really disappointed in myself lately and how I look and have realized that I am the only person who can change that.
Although I know my weight is ok, i need to lose the little bit more to get my confidence back. Hope you don't mind me being here
