Christ ema thats is a huge amount of weight to lose!! I thought my 2 stone in 12 days was lots (including birth)!!

You can still watch what you eat as iron is found in all the healthy stuff :):)

So, I gained. 1.8lbs this week. DH thinks it is due to the Dexamethasone th at I am now taking in conjunction with the Clomid. I don't know. I was good last week but I did not track well so I am back to tracking again. Hopefully next week I will have a negative to share.

Right, I'll do it.. I would say starting the weekend but I won't, STARTING TOMORROW. I'll post horrific stats in the morning after I pop on the scales.. :dohh:

I've decided i'm going to take the plunge and join this thread!

I have been to Woolies and bought a pedometer and I aim to walk approx 10,000 steps per day. I'm not good at exercising so i'll stick with walking for now.

I currently weigh 10st 10lb and have a BMI of 23.
I would like to shift another 8lbs that I just cannot seem to budge.
I get really hungry and find it hard to find foods that will fill me up for longer. Any advice on what I could eat to do this that is still healthy? I am really bad a snacking and am looking for some healthy snack options too. I have become really disappointed in myself lately and how I look and have realized that I am the only person who can change that.

Although I know my weight is ok, i need to lose the little bit more to get my confidence back. Hope you don't mind me being here :-)

rice cakes are my god send... and ryvetas... with a little philly on top :) Its nice!!

Also WW do some great desserts if you have a sweet tooth!!

Of course we dont mind you being here!! Again Ill say how weight stats and BMIs are all a load of BLAH!! lol!! Well to some extent!!

Take me and my sister for example.... same height but very very different build!! She is currently just under 10 stone but she would look FAB at like 9 and half or something!!

Me I look fab at just under 13 stone...!! Although according the NHS this is still too much for my height :dohh:!!
