i bet the dress will be a lot looser now since you lost a stone...wowzer that was quick, how have you been doing it, what are you eating etc?

I think ive lost 4lb this week weight in later, but i had a sneaky weigh in at the chemist lol will let you all know later

well...i got back from weigh in and i have lost 3.5lb...how rude and how dare the scales be heavier than the ones at the chemist!!

i have to loose 2.5lb next week to get to what i was before xmas i HAVE to do it, i am having my weekly treats now...a boost and a double decker yummy lol and next week im going for it, ive got my speed foods in *tuna, sweetcorn, melon, strawberries* and im gonna walk everyday BRING IT ON!!

To be honest, my body always does this, first bit comes of really easy then it drags and drags. I havent lost a lb in 3 days now and ive been working out (granted, not as much as i should >.<) and eating around 1200 cals.

ugh, its boring now! lol. Got to start working out better next week. Though, my wedding dress fits now, which is a 'weight' off my mind. (i should write headlines :rofl: )

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO

i did so well today, i had cereal, ham salad sandwich for lunch and rice, sweetcorn and beetroot, for dinner i had bacon, sausage (1/2 sin ones), tomatoes and a poached egg...
for pudding i had a curly wurly and some melon, BUT THEN i had 3 chocolate truffles!!!!!! i feel really guilty and naughty but i really wanted them!! My sins were cereal, 6, curly wurly 6 and chocs 6 i had 18 sins so not that bad but not what i should have had!!
I will sort myself out and have no sins tomorrow...im really struggling these past two days, im wondering if im due on!?!?

Im still ticking along, had a meal out with OH tonight, but i just had one glass of wine and i had a greek salad (minus the olive oil) so not too bad, had a bit of plateau last week so trying to kick start my body again. I had got a little too used to that first spirt of rapid weight loss. lol.
 
I'm actually on vacation as I type this, out visiting my parents with DH and David. I think I've done pretty well avoiding temptation so far... granted I've only been here a day and a half, lol. But for lunch we went to my favorite Mexican restaurant and I split an entree (shredded beef and bean burrito covered with enchilada sauce, mmmmm) and only had 3 tortilla chips from the whole basket. I do not want to gain weight on this vacation! I am seriously praying for my willpower to hold! Tonight is spaghetti with garlic bread and I am going to try and stick with half a piece, plus my mom bought this jumbo bag of freshly made caramel corn from this awesome store downtown, so there's so much tempting food in this house -- wish me luck!
 
ooo your stronger than me. Thats just when i break. Good luck though hunny, just think how much better you will feel if you come home and you havent gained any weight than if you have put several lbs back on :hugs:
 
I forgot to post an update :dohh: I had my weigh in last Thursday, and i've lost 6.5lbs. Very pleased, but dying to be naughty, and scoff loads of choc. I've just had an alpen light bar though, they are lush.

There are some days when you just have to have something wicked! Like today I endulged in half of a wonderful cheddar cheese bagel -- they don't sell them where I live and I love them with a passion that borders on obsessive, lol. I think if you don't let yourself indulge in those things every now and then you're asking for trouble; deprivation makes me want to binge! That's my excuse for the ice cream tonight, too.:blush:
 
well...tonight is weigh in....not sure how ive got on...i caved yesterday and had a boost as im craving sugar, think im going to come on...i was good and had no other sins yesterday though..

I haven't posted in here in aggees but I have been doing the special K challenge to drop a dress size and just wanted to share my progress.

Well, you remember I posted about these size 10's I had bought to motivate my weight loss but didn't quite fit yet?

I went out and bought myself some size 10 jeans last week, for the first time in FOREVER!!

I can wear one pair but I think they are over-sized because I am really a size 14!! :lol: But I can get into the other pair and actually my legs look quite slim, (I think!). I have to jump up and down to pull them over my thighs and then lay down on the bed and breath in to do them up but they do go! lol I can't wear them yet as I have a ridicules muffin-top and it's not very comfortable but I am so EXCITED to fit into an actual size 10 pair of jeans!!! :happydance:

I got weighed and thankfully i lost 3.5lb so im back on track and im now 1lb lighter than i was before xmas yiiiiipppppeeeeeee!!

Im really pleased and im back on track finally...ive lost 22.5lb now only 43.5lb to go lmao

:hug: Don't be disheartened hunni, you are still doing everything right. It's normal and healthy for the weight loss to slow down after the initial loss, so keep going you willl get there!! :hugs:
