im still on it ladies, doin quite well ive had a go at the new plan, ive had shreddied for breakfast mon tue and today, for lunch mon and today i had some vegetable rice, didnt have any yesterday, tea mon was spag bol last night steak jacket pot and corn on the cob, tonight im having chicken, bacon and pasta..my sins have been used for a bit of cheese on my jacket and my spag bol..will also do that tonight with the mozarella...

i havent had any choc since sun night, i am finding myself thinking of it every day, i was just in bp, looked at the chocolate on display and found myself imagining what each choc bar tastes like...bonkers ....i know i am!!!!!!

I couldnt have faced class last week as i knew i should have gone back on the diet but hadnt, id have been really depressed at any amount id put on, this way i will hopefully go back to slimming, will have lost the 2lb so ill still be the same which is better lmao..i know im nuts but hey...

iv also being helping my friend in his restaraunt so im getting mroe exercise so maybe 3lb who knows...i dont care im just glad im back on track, i have 16 weeks to loose 2 stone more!!

well weighed in this a.m and lost 5lb yay!!!! :-) first proper week of dieting so not expecting that every week! My hubby did diet with me but lost nothing - he's gutted bless him! :( Think he's not drinking enough water x x
 
Thanks Bambikate, and well done on your loss. Well i've started today, and i'm feeling quite optimistic although i have alot to lose. I weigh 18 stone, so at 5ft 10 i'd like to lose about 6 stone. Wow that looks alot written down!!
 
hey gemma....well done for doing slimming world, were all doing diff diets but helping each other as much as we can along the way! Myself and keery (leedsforever) are slimming worlders..i am the same height as you and heavier...even now when ive lost 1stone 4.5lb 12 stone is the ideal for bmi i believe but there is no way id ever get there or even look right...my ideal weight i think is about 14 stone..but too be honest i dont care re weight i just want to be a size 16 maybe a 14...and feel ermm NORMAL lol

good luck everyone, i went back on the diet monday after a 2 week break, i had gained 6lb over that time, i weighed myself today to see how im gettin on and i have lost 3lb..3lb to go to get back to pre xmas weight and 22lb lol....

hey masi... im another tally lol :)

and like hayley not bothered by the actuall weight but 12-13 stone is my ideal weight.... :) im now 16 stone... I got to over 19 stone when preg and 4 days after birth I was 18 and a half stone :)

Don't know how i'm going to eat as much as i'm supposed to though. I've got to have 4 extra healthy extras, because i'm breastfeeding. I normally don't eat that much, it's just that i eat crap, loads choc, crisps.etc.
 
hiya girls :wave: I'm back on the wagon, so to speak after xmas and the weeks before that weren't good to me :dohh: anyway have been doing loads of research into swimming world and have dabbled with it through their website. I love it :happydance: And now with the extra easy I think its even more do-able :yipee: But can I ask what you girls snack on? I'm tending to eat maybe 1-2 alpen light bars. Are those ok? I don't know alot about the syns so I'm not going above from 2 bars.

alpen light i swear by.... you can have 2 bars for 1 healthy extra b.... or they are 3 syns each :) they are great ey!!

I have officially quit SW!! However, for the last week i have completly revolutionised my eating. I eat so healthily it's unreal, and the weird thing is I don't miss the junk i used to scoff. I think my body is getting used to eating healthily, so much so that given the choice between a double decker and a WW yogurt i just automatically go for the yogurt. I think my problem was i have a sweet tooth and i satisfied it with chocolates and cakes, when infact something sweet but healthy would have done the job.

I'm considering going on holiday this spring too, i need to pull my finger out and get the baby's passport sorted tho.
 
I need help, i just cant stop eating. I bought a load of healthy stuff yesterday and i really dont want to eat it. All i want is chocolate, really badly.

I havent lost any weight for so long (not that ive been trying mind.) im finding it extra hard when i go to work and i do the evening shift 3-8pm. The microwave is knackered, so i cant take anything with me and heat it up. Im surrouned by crisps and sweets and its way to hard to resist.

Im thinking maybe i need to set myself an easier goal and take it from there. I did want to lose a st so maybe if i make it 7lbs first and get down to around 10st, that might be easier to achieve!!!!!

I've stocked up on ww goodies today, so fingers crossed. x

I def think mini goals are much better. They have to seem achievable or you will lose interest.

Work makes it very hard without a doubt.
 
I really need to join this thread. I'd been following it during my pregnancy and now that David's about a week shy of 2 months I figure it's as good a time as any!

My main goal is to just get healthier and more active (losing weight is kind of a secondary goal), because I haven't really worked out since I got pregnant. I tried to do this workout video the other day, got 5 minutes into it and was just too exhausted to continue!:blush: Yeah, that was embarrassing.

It would just be nice to look really lean and fit in a bikini this summer. We live maybe 10 mins from the beach, and it would be nice to be able to go and feel confident in a bathing suit. But really I just need to get healthy again. A year ago I was running 4 miles in a stretch, but now I can probably do 4 minutes, lol.:dohh:

Anyway, you ladies seem really supportive of each other and your weight loss efforts. And I definitely need support -- I don't have much willpower!

dont worry about your fitness levels they are bound to go tits up when you have a baby!!
When I first got onto an excercise bike I did 7 mins and thought I was going to faint.... prepregnancy I was doing 45 min spinning classes... :(

Im getting much better... went back and did a bit of spinning but is just working in the gym until I get to that stage again!!

well im still being good, i really think helping my friend in the day has helped me, im having my brekkie, small bowl of shreddies but coz im not home and im busy im not picking at stuff or even thinking of it..unless i smell a pork and stuffing sandwich YUMMY YUMMY lol i get home maybe have a small bowl of rice and them have a healthy dinner...spag bol, chilli, chicken and bacon, pasta jacket pots etc....so i suppose in a way im doing the new plan as im only having 1 a and b, im still having my sins with either a curly wurly, cheese or olive oil...

new ladies, well done, i did well, fell off the wagon over xmas, delayed starting for a week but now im back on track...its sooooooo hard my head isnt in the right place and i am struggling at nights but i have to do this...no more babies if i dont and i will have to resort to wearing a 6 man tent lol

we can do this if we all do it together

well done bigbelly for getting back with it. I think my prob is that i've been to sw before (3 times.lol), but i'm such a greedy ******* i fell off the wagon, and never got back on. This time i'm really determined, but i can't help but think i'm gonna fail again.
Fresh start though, and all that.
 
i got to join this thread. as of today, lost my first stone, still got alot left to lose, but a good start. You guys are amazing

a stone well done you!! fab start....my weigh in is tomorrow im hoping for 3lb loss this week as its my first proper week after xmas and new year.. i was at 22lb lost, went down to 17lb im hoping to be back to 20lb tomorrow..
