Change of plan for me guys....

I have hit my first target weight, in total i have lost 30lbs and dropped 2 clothes sizes since July. I was going to push myself a little more and try to lose another 7lbs but i really cant be arsed lol I am the size i was for 8 years before having Coby and Adam, and this is the size i was when i met Jase, so im more than happy. So im out and done! i can finaly eat real food again lol, start full time work on Monday so i know i will keep the weight off.

my start weight i put down was how much i weighed after pregnancy..x
 
I didn't weigh myself until recently, so I dont really know what my post pregnancy weight was.
Maybe I should just go with my pre preg weight.

Well girls, i was ment to weigh in on monday but being bank hol, i either wait til next monday or go tomorrow at a different place..not sure which to do...

I MADE IT!!!!! :wohoo: I lost 2.8 lbs this week :happydance: I am now down 20.6 lbs..... LESS THAN 4 LBS to go to my 10% weightloss goal.....

I have noticed that too... My feet feel smother, my nails are stronger and my mood is amazing! So I guess eating healthy does wonders!!!!!!!!!
 
Okay so I have decided I will count from my pre-preg weight, as I dont know what I weighed right after giving birth... so I am down 28 lbs.

get yourself some veggie quorn burgers, almost as good as the real thing and are only 1 point :wohoo:

I made a mistake......:cry:

I made the mistake of baking chocolate muffins for the kids:dohh: they smelled yummy so I thought I'll have the smallest one but then I went back and ate another:blush: I havent a clue how many points they are but I'm guessing its alot:dohh:

ah well they were yummy:happydance: but I wont do that again for a while, thing is I normally bake at least once a week for them and I've been very good....up to now :roll: still the exercise must give me extra points and I never go over my allowance so I'll not get too annoyed over it :lol:
 
try and be extra good hun and do some more excerise hun to work off the muffins a treat once in a while is good
