Can you use bonjela during pregnancy? I have 2 massive mouth ulcers that are really sore and stopping me eating the few things I can stomach

I would try to look up some natural remedies before using anything like that

My midwife said its a no no but suggested salt water and it worked a treat for me! Actually better than bongela. I swear by it now.
