Book on weaning

Can anyone recommend a good book on weaning?

I really have no idea where to start or how much to give, what to give etc.. Sorry, I sound clueless don't I, but I am with weaning

Any help would be great

Yeah that was really helpful! I got a wee kind of table thing that sits up on my fridge that gives a guide for the first few weeks!

For recipes, I use Annabel Karmel New Complete Baby and Toddler Meal Planner

The above seem good if you're going down the puree route. For BLW, the essential read is Baby Led Weaning by Gill Rapley.
